2. Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated.

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled within this period, or missed without notice, may result in the full consultation fee being charged.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation time to avoid impacting other clients. Full fees will still apply.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed consultations. If you have concerns, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve them where possible.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Your information is collected to provide safe and effective care and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private environment.

We are not liable for technical issues outside of our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

11. Consent to Services

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to receiving naturopathic care and understand that individual results may vary.
