Australian Bush Flower Essences

Flower essences are liquid preparations made from the energetic essence of flowers and plants. Australian flower essences draw from the unique native flora of Australia, with different flowers traditionally associated with different emotional and personal qualities.

They are used as a complementary wellbeing tool, particularly when emotional patterns, stress, life changes or feelings of being out of balance may be affecting how you feel.

How are they used?

Flower essences are selected individually, based on what you are experiencing and the areas you would like support with. As part of my Naturopathic and Reiki principles, I consider the whole person and draw on both your individual circumstances and my intuition when choosing appropriate essences. They are generally taken as drops, diluted in water and Brandy as a preservative. Australian flower essences may be recommended as part of your Naturopathic treatment depending on your needs and goals. They are also included as part of the Reiki Renewal Package. This is where a personalised flower essence is selected alongside your Reiki session and a Naturopathic herbal.
