The Process

Reiki sessions are offered in a 1 hour session at the Helensvale clinic. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out intake form.

Lets Connect

During the first 10 minutes we will briefly discuss what has brought you in, your goals and answer any questions you may have. You will also complete a client intake and consent form to ensure treatment is tailored to your needs.

Reiki & Relaxation

You will then lie down fully clothed on the treatment table. The practitioners hands are gently placed on/or above your body including your head, neck, chest, abdomen and back working through your chakra’s and energy field.

Gently Return

At the end of your session and at your own pace you can gently open your eyes and return to the room.
